Icy - Treasurer/Event Co-Chair

Icy Koo is a project engineer with Chevron Phillips Chemical, and a mechanical engineer by training. She leads project to finish line with success, on budget, on time, and safely. She is currently on a mega project of TIC $8.5 billion, and equivalent size to 1,212 football fields. One of her previous projects has won multiple awards such as ENG Texas & Louisiana Reginal Best Energy/Industrial Project 2024. She is also a core leader and involves at her work ERG committees to promote diversity and inclusive.

Outside Icy’s work, she is a plant mom, bodybuilder, and personal fitness coach. She owns and takes care of over 100 indoor house plants. With her own fitness goal, she got 1st place in a natural bodybuilding organization in 2021. On her fitness coaching, she empowers and helps women to find their confident inside out and achieving their goals.
